Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

This role focuses on talent acquisition for IT and non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing strategies, recruitment best practices, and a strong understanding of the hiring process.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for designing job descriptions, engaging potential candidates through various channels, and managing full-cycle recruitment. Additionally, this role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver top talent.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop job descriptions aligned with business needs.
  • Source and engage potential candidates through various platforms.
  • Manage recruitment processes for IT and non-IT roles.
  • Craft effective recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone/virtual interviews, and deliver candidate pipelines.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure seamless hiring workflows.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition (IT & Non-IT).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and HR tools.
  • Familiarity with Performance Management Systems and HR reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
