Financial Transaction Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions, prepare accurate reports, and handle communication with clients.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update general ledger accounts and entries to ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including the processing of invoices and payments.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts to aid strategic planning.
- Provide regular reports and analysis to management for decision-making.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
