Job Title: Financial Transaction Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee our financial transaction processes. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely financial dealings, maintaining healthy financial relationships with clients and suppliers, and providing regular financial reports.

Main Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Manage all financial transactions, including invoice verification, payment processing, and supplier reconciliations.
  • Cash Flow Management: Handle cash flow functions by generating invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and maintaining customer accounts.
  • Monitor cash flow aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts and discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment issues with suppliers and clients.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in month-end closing activities.
  • Provide regular financial reports related to financial transaction status and cash flow forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously improve financial processes for increased efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial transaction management roles.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Solid communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
