Support Team Assistant

Main Responsibilities- The Administrative Support Specialist will perform administrative tasks to support a US-based insurance company.
- Business Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of Patra's business strategy and operations.
- Leadership: Share knowledge and experience with internal/external stakeholders, manage business communications effectively.
- Accountability: Process insurance-related tasks, event planning, report generation, domestic/international travel coordination, expense reporting, presentation creation, and inbound/outbound call management.
- Teamwork: Perform duties with integrity, honesty, and a positive representation of Patra.
- Undergraduate Degree required.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred.
- Previous U.S. commercial insurance experience with employee benefits (preferably retail brokerage).
- Experience with benefit systems: Ease, Employee Navigator, BenSelect.
- Well organized, self-motivated, highly detailed oriented individual.
- Remote Work from Home available.
- Physically able to work night shift during U.S. Hours.
- Minimum internet speed of 6 mbps download and 3 mbps upload; Directly connected into modem; No Satellite.
