Job Title

The role of Senior IT Audit Manager is a key position that involves leading and managing the execution of IT audits for private and public companies. This includes evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in IT audit, and experience in working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

  • Lead and manage the execution of IT audits for clients, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement effective audit plans, including identifying areas of risk and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds to deliver quality client services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including assurance, consulting, and strategy, to provide integrated solutions to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to ensure the delivery of innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT audit, with a strong background in leading complex engagements and managing client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks, such as COBIT and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Relevant professional certifications, such as CISA, CISSP, or CISM.
