Innovative Facade Designer and Estimator Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Facade Designer and Estimator with hands-on experience in façade detailing and quantity takeoffs.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive shop drawings for windows, curtain walls, and panel systems
- Perform material and quantity takeoffs by reviewing plans and creating summaries in Excel/PDF
- Work closely with engineers to develop and revise designs and calculations
- Ensure drawings meet applicable codes, standards, and project specs
- Use Logikal, AutoCAD, and Excel to complete design and estimation tasks efficiently
- Proven experience in façade design, including curtain walls, windows, and cladding systems
- Skilled in preparing shop drawings and detailed takeoff summaries
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Logikal Software, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of construction documents and architectural drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
