Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive designs for facade elements, including windows, curtain walls, and panel systems
  • Conduct thorough material and quantity takeoffs by reviewing plans and creating detailed summaries in Excel/PDF
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to develop and refine designs and calculations
  • Ensure drawings meet applicable codes, standards, and project specifications

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in facade design, with a strong focus on curtain walls, windows, and cladding systems
  • Highly skilled in preparing shop drawings and detailed takeoff summaries
  • Proficient in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, Logikal Software, and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of construction documents and architectural drawings
