Job Description

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our executives. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make travel arrangements for executives
  • Compile and transcribe meeting minutes
  • Distribute meeting minutes to relevant parties
  • Attend meetings as instructed by senior management
  • Coordinate office services, including records and budget preparation, personnel, and housekeeping
  • Manage and maintain executive schedules
  • Coordinate with other departments to address operations concerns

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
