Employee Experience Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our global employee population across the United States, Canada, Colombia, and Australia.

About the Job
  • This role involves processing employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, job changes, and terminations.
  • You will provide tier 1 support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and tools across supported regions.
  • Key responsibilities include coordinating pre-hire onboarding steps and virtual I-9 processing for US employees.
  • Data accuracy and integrity are crucial in this role, requiring regular data audits to ensure that employee records are up-to-date and reliable.
  • You will also support basic HR reporting needs and contribute to maintaining process documentation and driving consistency across global operations.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment is essential, as well as a passion for operational work and solving day-to-day employee issues.
  • A minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in People Operations for a global organization is required.
  • Familiarity with employee lifecycle processing and experience with data management in an HRIS system is necessary.
  • You should have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and SharePoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to analyze and validate data accurately and thoroughly.
  • Professional proficiency in written and verbal English is essential for success in this role.
