**Job Title:** Network Operations Center Engineer

As a Network Operations Center Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving alerts and requests, communicating with vendors and customers, and coordinating maintenance and after-hours repair.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Resolve alerts and requests from users, vendors, and customers.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Coordinate maintenance and after-hours repair with vendors and customers.
**Requirements:**
  • Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server OS experience.
  • General familiarity with all currently-supported versions of Windows.
  • Cloud Products and Technologies experience.
  • Identity Management, Authorization, and Security experience.
  • EMM/MDM tools experience.
  • Backups and Disaster Recovery experience.
  • E-Mail Technologies experience.
  • Networking experience.
  • Diagnostic toolkit experience.
  • Security experience.
  • Great communication skills.
  • 3+ years of general IT experience.
  • 1+ years of NOC experience.
