Marketing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of marketing campaigns, including content creation, vendor coordination, and analytics reporting.

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

  • Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and website updates.

  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely execution of marketing campaigns.

  • Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Management:

    • Develop and execute content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting across social media channels.

    • Write and edit copy for various marketing materials, including blog posts, email newsletters, and social media updates.

    • Design graphics and visuals for marketing campaigns using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Vendor Coordination:

    • Select and manage vendors for paid advertising, website management, and content creation services.

    • Review and approve vendor deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness.

    • Collaborate with vendors to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals.

  • Analytics & Reporting:

    • Track and analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools.

    • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.

  • Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, with experience designing graphics and visuals for marketing campaigns.

  • Knowledge of data analytics tools and ability to track and analyze campaign performance.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and ability to optimize content for search engines.
