About the Role

We're after a proactive, detail-oriented coordinator who can keep the wheels turning on our day-to-day marketing tasks. You'll execute plans set by the internal digital marketing strategy team and make sure our content, reporting, email marketing, and online presence stay current and organised.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Execution


• Build and maintain monthly content calendars (primarily LinkedIn)


• Draft post copy and basic visual assets


• Research audiences/hashtags and track performance


• Compile engagement reports for leadership

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)


• Create clear, exec-friendly GA4 dashboards


• Surface insights and trends for the management team

Video Content &YouTube Management


• Draft outlines, structures and scripts for short-form video


• Add subtitles/captions and prepare files for upload


• Upload and optimise videos on the YouTube channel (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists)


• Organise raw footage, working files and finals in a logical folder structure on the shared drive, maintaining naming conventions and version control

Email Marketing (Klaviyo)


• Update flows, segments and lists


• Load campaign content, schedule sends and monitor basic metrics


• Follow deliverability and engagement best practices

Careers Marketing


• Streamline the Social Media Careers page (copy, visuals, links)


• Post vacancies on social channels and monitor responses

Online Brand Maintenance


• Keep Google My Business and social profiles up to date


• Update WordPress site content (news, case studies, team info)


• Curate and maintain shared creative-asset folders for clarity and easy access

What We're Looking For


• 5+ years' marketing-coordination experience in a B2B, tech or agency setting


• Working knowledge of:

o Figma or Canva for quick-turn assets

o WordPress (page/post edits)

o Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, lists)

o GA4 (dashboards, reports)

o YouTube Studio basics (uploads, SEO fields, playlists)


• Confident writer/editor with an eye for clean design


• Strong organiser—able to keep folders, files and calendars tidy and transparent


• Comfortable prioritising tasks and working with limited supervision in a hybrid setup (2-3 days on-site each week)

Nice to Have


• LinkedIn Ads or organic LinkedIn campaign experience


• Familiarity with or ClickUp for task tracking


• Previous exposure to basic motion-graphics tools (e.g. Adobe Express, CapCut)
