Job Description

As a seasoned ETL Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products by developing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.

You will be tasked with monitoring adherence to quality standards in the development, implementation, and upkeep of software products. This includes monitoring the effectiveness of the assurance process and tools.

  • Participate in sprint planning meetings to discuss the latest requirements of software development and determine subsequent tasks.
  • Provide guidance and technical instruction to junior engineers on Extreme Programming practices.
  • Design, develop, and maintain related infrastructure and platforms according to changing client requirements.
  • Execute tests to compare results with requirements, verify test requirements, identify defects, and ensure compliance.
  • Review functional, design, and data specifications and stories to derive use cases and test plans. Write test scripts, use cases, queries, and plans to meet quality assurance objectives.
  • Provide user support by writing and maintaining documentation and assisting in user acceptance testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications

We are seeking an individual with proven expertise or practical experience in ETL testing, SQL, and data warehousing. Experience with Python is a plus.
