Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the assigned Turnover Assistance Team to bring residential units to Full Acceptance status. You will work closely with project management staff to ensure timely turn-over of residential units and coordinate with external construction management and contractors as needed.

You will also assist in documentary close-out of projects, including review, consolidation, and submission of close-out documents. Additionally, you will conduct site walk-throughs and inspections, and provide assistance in implementing and monitoring health and safety objectives, targets, and programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Obtain a bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field from a reputable college or university.
  • Have at least 3 years of work experience in construction management.
  • Possess strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills.
  • Be able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
  • Have good leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation), and interpersonal skills.
  • Be self-motivated, decisive, and able to adapt to change and competing demands.
