The Digital Healthcare Business Unit is seeking a highly motivated Test Development Engineer to design and develop high-performance test solutions for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and support the manufacturing release of innovative Digital Healthcare products.

• Collaborate with design engineers to define and implement comprehensive test methodologies and plans across analog and digital domains.
• Design, develop, and debug robust, cost-effective hardware and software test solutions for manufacturing release.
• Validate and correlate test measurements with simulation results and datasheet specifications in partnership with design and product evaluation teams.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing teams, ensuring product sustainability and resolving production-related issues.
• Monitor released products in manufacturing, driving continuous improvements in yield, test time, and overall efficiency.
• Manage and maintain project schedules to meet target release timelines.
• Engage early with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness and successful product release.
• Demonstrates a strong ability to collaborate effectively within multicultural teams and across various time zones.

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (Master's degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in test development engineering, with expertise in:
  • Analog and digital circuit analysis
  • ATE hardware/software development on platforms such as NI STS, Teradyne Microflex, or Ultraflex
  • Cadence Allegro schematic and layout tools
  • Programming in Visual Basic or C/C++
  • Test plan creation, test method development, silicon qualification, fuse characterization, and test limit setting
• Strong technical foundation in analog and digital circuits, particularly in ADCs, AFEs, mixed-signal, and digital I/O blocks.
• Proficient in developing ATE test blocks for various test parameters.
• Solid understanding of schematic and layout design principles, including critical component specifications.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Exensio, JMP, and others; capable of automating data analysis and drawing actionable insights.
• Demonstrated initiative and leadership in cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to attend occasional meetings during non-standard hours and adapt quickly to a dynamic work environment.
