As a Senior GL Accountant, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and accounting policies. Your expertise will ensure the smooth execution of month-end close procedures and workpapers, aligning with GAAP and best practices.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned accountant to take charge of managing fixed asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal. You'll also coordinate cash applications motion with our Revenue/Receivables team, execute month-end close activities, and reconcile intercompany accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Sustain month-end close procedures and workpapers in accordance with GAAP and best practices.
  • Manage fixed asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.
  • Coordinate cash applications motion with our Revenue/Receivables team.
  • Execute month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Reconcile intercompany accounts and ensure proper elimination entries.
  • Assist in preparing schedules for annual financial audits.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience as an in-house accounting professional.
  • A completed university degree in accounting; CPA preferred but not required.
  • Strong proficiency in NetSuite, Ramp, Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with GAAP accounting and lease accounting.
