Leasing professionals are in high demand, and as a Leasing Associate to the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth. This dynamic role requires a unique blend of technical skills and interpersonal expertise.

About the Position
  • Assist in drafting and negotiating lease terms and agreements for new and renewing leases, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing leasing-related inquiries and concerns promptly.

Additionally, you will monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity to inform and enhance leasing strategies. You will also assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to attract tenants, including digital advertising, printing materials, and social media outreach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Asset Management Executives in preparing and reviewing Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease agreements, amendments, and other related legal documents.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure lease compliance, mitigate risks, and uphold contractual obligations.

You will work closely with property managers, asset managers, and tenants to optimize occupancy and revenue. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, minimum 5 years of related experience, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
