Accounts Payable Junior Associate

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Accounts Payable Junior Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for processing transactions and driving process improvements in a dynamic hybrid work environment.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Processing: Ensure timely and accurate transactional processing to meet KPIs and SLA targets.
  • Industry Developments: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes relevant to your assigned process area.
  • Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and suggest process enhancements.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by handling queries from internal stakeholders and customers, escalating urgent matters as needed.
  • Internal Controls: Maintain robust internal controls that align with our company's Policies & Procedures, IFRS, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to projects aimed at improving systems and processes, under the guidance of your Supervisor/Manager.
About Your Background

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related business field.
  • At least one year of relevant Accounts Payable experience in a Shared Service Center.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong academic record are also encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly invoice/payable processing, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on promptness in handling supplier, customer, and business queries.
  • Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for invoice processing and issue resolution.
