Job Overview
We are seeking a Financial Administrator with Bookkeeping experience to join our team. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Dext and Xero, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices and payments
- Handle accounts receivable sales entries and statements
- Download and prepare financial reports from various systems
- Perform data entry and maintain records in accounting systems
- Process transactions in Dext and Xero for Australian operations
- Learn and operate Exact and Facecode systems for European operations
- Generate and distribute financial statements
- Maintain accurate financial records across entities
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Dext and Xero
- Strong Excel skills
- Attention to detail
- Quick learner of new accounting systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Professional English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic accounting knowledge
