Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in standard accounting practices and methods, with a proven track record of preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial reports for management and external agencies on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Perform project life-cycle cost analysis, including reviews of sales and marketing expenditures, sales orders, and purchase orders.
  • Develop and interpret financial information, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and prepare budgets and forecasts, monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
  • Oversee audits, cost and general accounting, budgeting, accounts receivable/collection, and billing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • CPA certification.
  • Demonstrated experience with USA accounting systems.
  • 5 years of experience in managing full accounting duties in a medium- or large-size company.
  • Advanced knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Experience with ERP accounting software, Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • High professional standards and ethics, with an ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
