Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Provisioning Engineer to join our team. As an IT Provisioning Engineer, you will be responsible for working alongside other engineers and technicians to onboard new clients and services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Documentation: Creating comprehensive documentation of client environments, including network, hardware, credentials, applications, and SaaS platforms.
  • Assessing Client Environment: Evaluating client environments to identify areas of improvement, security risks, and potential issues.
  • Deploying Tools: Implementing monitoring, security services, and self-service tools to enhance the client experience.

You will also be expected to provide exceptional communication with all parties involved, including clients, project managers, sales teams, and client services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of IT experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in deploying IT solutions from start to finish.
  • Experience with current Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, and 365 administration.
  • Familiarity with firewall assessment and understanding of routing, switching, and VLANs concepts.
  • VMware experience is a plus, as well as Apple product experience.
