
Remote Project Manager for Tech-Savvy Founders

This is a highly skilled contract project management role that involves supporting high-performing founders with ADHD. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations, tech tools, sales funnels, and high-converting ad creation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building SOPs, workflows, onboarding documents, and scalable team systems. They will also implement project tools and create internal structure from scratch, maintain company drives, task lists, and accountability trackers, and schedule & priority management.
In addition, the candidate will manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and digital events across time zones, send reminders, confirmations, and assist with time-blocking for focus, and ensure executive priorities are aligned and followed up.
They will use Trello and Google Sheets to manage weekly task boards, lead weekly standups or check-ins to keep the team aligned, coordinate with developers, contractors, and the finance team, write professional, brand-aligned emails, captions, bios, and content drafts, and repurpose Loom/Yard Stream videos into text and polished assets.
The candidate will also support pitch decks, email campaigns, grant applications, and scholarship submissions, build and track simple sales funnels and lead capture systems, create and monitor high-converting digital ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), use AI or automation to enhance campaigns and conversion tracking, research and apply for podcast features, interviews, articles, and press opportunities, and create media kits, speaker bios, and track outreach efforts.
They will assist in launching new offers, digital products, or wellness campaigns, coordinate with designers, copywriters, and tech team to ensure deadlines are met, upload content to Amazon, website, or app as needed and track version control, work across departments (app development, financials, coaching) to streamline systems, provide reminders and help maintain communication among key staff, use and manage tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI, Otter, Zapier, Bolt, and Famous.ai, recommend automation tools and workflows to improve efficiency, support low-code or no-code app development using tools like Bubble, Glide, Adalo, assist with Amazon Store backend, uploading listings, writing descriptions, track orders, product updates, and digital inventory.
This is a contract position that requires 3+ years of experience supporting founders or managing projects, preferably in a startup or remote setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, be tech-savvy and comfortable with AI and modern automation tools, and have experience in sales, funnels, and high-converting campaigns.
