Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to join our team.

As a project manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules and work plans, monitoring leads in CRM software, creating comprehensive project documentation, and managing business social media accounts.

Key responsibilities include checking invoices via Stripe, measuring project performance, utilizing industry best practices, conducting research to enhance project outcomes, and performing ad hoc tasks as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience of at least 3 years as a project manager or in a relevant role.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Exceptional time management abilities.
  • Comfortable working on a flexible schedule.
  • Familiarity with current technologies such as Zoho One Project Management Tool, Zoho Projects, Zoho CRM, Zoho Vault, Stripe, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience with Shopify, GSuite, and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
  • Outstanding phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with a proactive attitude.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
