Embark on a challenging role as a Facilities Manager, overseeing the planning and execution of mechanical projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement schedules for personnel involved in various jobs such as technicians, contractors, and other personnel required for project, repair, and maintenance activities.

  • Supervise the schedule of activities, materials, and supplies for personnel working on mechanical machinery repair and maintenance.

  • Review and monitor maintenance programs, contracts, and related service agreements to ensure timely completion and compliance with approved plans.

  • Plan, organize, and assign day-to-day work schedules and guide staff on proper procedures and methodologies, ensuring efficient use of materials, tools, equipment, and safety protocols.

  • Evaluate mechanical requirements, drawings, plans, layouts, schedules, and timing to optimize the operation of Assembly, Test Center, and Probe facilities.

  • Assess proposed projects by evaluating costs, necessary materials, procurement, and coordination with concerned personnel.

  • Inspect and monitor mechanical equipment, maintenance, and projects to ensure timeliness, correctness, completion, and compliance with approved contracts and relevant codes and standards.

  • Develop contingency plans and alternatives during project implementation, analyzing details, submitting for approval, and coordinating with all concerned parties.

  • Ensure adherence to legal requirements, local laws, regulations, and code standards set by regulatory agencies.

  • Identify and develop improvements for mechanical processes or equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and valid PRC license.

  • At least 5 years' experience as a Facilities Engineer, preferably in a semiconductor environment.

  • PMI certification is an advantage.
