We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Supervisor to join our team at PETNET, INC. As a Sales Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales department.

About the Role:
  • You will provide administrative support to our sales team, manage sales data and systems, and assist in developing sales strategies.
  • You will collaborate with our Field Sales Associates and Regional Sales Officers to streamline and improve our sales processes, particularly in Loan Ranger tablet administration.
  • You will identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in our sales cycle and propose solutions.
  • You will provide training and support to our sales team on LR and LRM tablet administration.
  • You will serve as a liaison between our sales, marketing, and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Budget and Operational Expenses Handling
  • You will oversee and optimize loan application processing and approval workflows.
  • You will monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in relation to CSB/partner requirements.
  • You will continuously assess and improve processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Billing Requirements
    • You will declare accurate LSG performance via the LSG BCP-KPI Report.
    • You will ensure that data to be billed are accurate.
    • You will collaborate with our LSG team and Finance regarding this sub-process.
Process Management
  • You will design, implement, and manage automated systems for loan reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • You will collaborate with our IT department to integrate loan reporting systems/dashboards.
  • You will monitor and troubleshoot automated reporting systems to ensure consistent performance.
Automation of Administrative Tasks and Reporting
  • You will develop and implement automated processes for sales management, including lead tracking, sales forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • You will ensure seamless integration of sales management tools with CRM systems and other business applications.
  • You will analyze sales data to identify areas for process improvement and implement automation solutions to address these areas.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.
  3. At least 2-4 years of experience in a sales operations or support position.
  4. Proficiency in CSB systems and Microsoft Office/GSheet.
  5. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Experience in managing sales data, CRM systems, and loan management systems.
