
Expert Document Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Management Specialist to support our end-to-end documentation process.
This role involves preparing, reviewing, and managing documents in accordance with company policies and client requirements.
- Draft and process lease-related documents including Equipment Lease Schedules (ELS), Purchase Orders (POs), Acceptance Certificates (ACs), and Amendments using document management tools.
- Ensure accuracy of document terms, financial obligations, and details before finalizing documents.
- Maintain compliance with internal standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather required data and resolve discrepancies.
Key Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- 1–2 years of experience in contract administration, leasing, or a strong administrative role.
- Experience with document management, processing, and creation is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
