Account Manager Job

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to oversee and nurture client relationships, manage critical projects, and drive customer success. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service aligned with our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of key client accounts across global markets to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Build strong client relationships and align offerings with their business goals.
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and present actionable insights.
  • Represent us as a brand ambassador in client interactions and industry events.
Ideal Profile / Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in International Sales, Strategy Consulting, hyper-growth startups, Investment Banking, or similar roles with a proven leadership track record.
  • Global sales or client management experience preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders effectively across geographies.
