As a Systems Professional, you will be responsible for comprehensively understanding business requirements and developing functional specifications based on the product/platform in which the solution is going to be deployed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements based on business needs
  • Identify gaps in business requirements and follow up with end-users to detail the requirements of their domain
  • Gain a deeper understanding of business processes, organizational structures, and expected business outcomes
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis on products and develop reasonable working alternatives
  • Support product evaluation during the service definition phase
  • Assist in conducting and developing testing activities such as test case development, test plans, and test data requirements
  • Assist in conducting functional testing
Essential Competencies
  • Technical and Business Communication: Ability to communicate both in technical language with developers and business language with stakeholders
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong solution definition, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Business Acumen: Excellent understanding of business operations, financial products, and processes
  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Understanding of software development methodologies and application development, with high-level understanding of financial products and processes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • At least 3 years' experience in driving business requirements in financial institutions and retail banking
  • Experience in executing at least 3 end-to-end projects is a plus
  • Experience in Agile/Hybrid Delivery Methodology is an advantage but not required
  • Experience in participating throughout the development life cycle of system implementation projects is a plus

The candidate should be willing to work in Makati/Ortigas.
