Campaign Deployment Specialist Job DescriptionAbout the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Campaign Deployment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our CRM Campaign Management Expert Team, you will be responsible for deploying CRM campaigns across multiple countries and brands.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Deploying CRM campaigns that involve audience segmentation, creating messages for various channels (email, app, SMS, etc.) and setting up journeys.
  • Setting up and localizing automations, journeys, messages, and data extensions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Reviewing and testing to ensure campaign setups function as expected, quality assurance.
  • Monitoring campaign send-outs and flagging any issues to the CRM Campaign Management Expert Team.
  • Adhering to a defined quality assurance process and ensuring campaigns are deployed on time.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email platforms, with familiarity in working with Data Extensions, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
  • Experience in setting up cross-channel journeys in SFMC (email, app, SMS, other channels) is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities, ensuring clear communication, alignment of expectations, and effective collaboration across teams and departments.
  • Familiarity with AMPscript is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in quality assurance for CRM campaigns with excellent attention to detail.
  • A basic understanding of SQL is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks according to deadlines.
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English.
