Job Title: Infrastructure Deployment Specialist

This position requires a skilled professional to oversee the implementation of our client onboarding program.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement infrastructure deployment solutions:
    • Network setup and configuration
    • Hardware installation and management
    • Credential management and access control
    • Software application deployment and integration
    • SaaS platform administration (Azure, 365)
  • Evaluate client environments:
    • Assess existing hardware and software configurations
    • Identify potential security risks and areas for improvement
  • Deploy monitoring and security tools:
    • Implement real-time monitoring solutions
    • Integrate security services and protocols
    • Develop self-service platforms for clients

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT
  • Proven track record of successful deployment projects
  • Familiarity with MSP environments preferred
  • Experience with onboarding processes beneficial
  • Strong knowledge of current Windows operating systems
  • Understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy principles
  • Proficiency in 365 administration
  • Firewall assessment and management skills (Meraki, SonicWALL, Cisco, Fortinet)
  • Network concepts and protocols (routing, switching, VLANs)
  • VMware expertise a plus
  • Apple product experience a plus
