Client Management Opportunity

About the role:

As a key member of our client management team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for online marketplace clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure their needs are met, issues are resolved efficiently, and opportunities for business growth are maximized.

Key responsibilities will include developing account strategies, analyzing campaign performance, optimizing visibility, and collaborating across internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical acumen, client management expertise, and a deep understanding of e-commerce marketplace dynamics.

  • Develop comprehensive business plans and account strategies for assigned marketplace clients to support global channel growth.
  • Conceptualize and lead tailored marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Align buying strategies with campaign planning to ensure business goals (sales, gross margin, and sell-through rate) are achieved.
