About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Designer to join our team. As a key member of the design team, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and elevating our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain our Design System libraries, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest components, tokens, UX, and UI patterns, and meticulously documented.
  • Create detailed documentation and straightforward guidelines, bridging designers and engineers to ensure seamless integration of design components and patterns into projects.
  • Refine user interfaces to align flawlessly with our brand, bringing high standards of user experience to life.
  • Elevate our design game by pushing for continuous improvement to achieve pinnacle usability and visual appeal.
  • Translate design into detailed technical specifications to ensure smooth transition and understanding between design and development teams.
  • Grow our design system, expanding it to meet new design needs and challenges as they arise.
  • Map out user journeys through wireframes, site maps, and user flows to clarify and communicate design intentions and workflows.
  • Bring designs to life using prototyping skills to validate design concepts and refine user flows based on real feedback.
  • Scrutinize final products to guarantee they meet highest standards of visual and functional excellence.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Experience: Solid track record as a UI Designer with a great portfolio showcasing best UI design work and some projects that demonstrate exceptional skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Design Systems: Familiarity with design systems and ability to improve them.
  • Prototyping: Ability to bring ideas to life with interactive prototypes using tools like InVision, Marvel, or Figma.
  • Documentation: Excellent mapping skills for drawing up wireframes, plotting site maps, and planning out user flows.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with developers and product managers.
  • Attention to Detail: Eagle eye for details and pride in crafting flawless design solutions.
  • Additional Skills: Strong skills in motion animation and creating illustrations and icons to keep visuals fresh and engaging.
