Job Description

Mentoring and Support Services:

  • The role involves providing guidance and support to team members in a mentoring capacity.

Learning Experience Design (LXD) Support:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and validating LXD materials to ensure quality assurance standards are met.
  • Collaboration with the Operations team to complete required forms for continuous learning experience improvement.

Judging and Evaluation Support:

  • Serving as judges for project presentations, evaluating progress and providing constructive feedback.

Learner Engagement and Support:

  • Providing timely and accurate insights, observations, and feedback to learners through required forms.
  • Active participation in debriefings, meetings, and other initiatives as directed by the Operations team.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong technical expertise, particularly in Generative AI, prompt engineering, and model customization.
  • Proficiency in APIs, NLP, data preprocessing, and cloud deployment.
  • Experience with LangChain or similar frameworks, RAG pipelines, and evaluation metrics for LLM outputs.
  • Version control, UX, UI basics, and Python programming via Generative AI.
  • Streamlit and comfort mentoring employees of varying levels.
