Fastrack Multi-Purpose Cooperative seeks motivated Logistics Couriers to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for collecting items from various sources and transporting them to their destinations efficiently.

About the Role

The primary objective of this role is to provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely delivery of goods to our clients. You will work closely with our operations team to plan and optimize routes, ensuring that deliveries are made within the allocated timeframe.

You will also be responsible for handling any issues that may arise during transportation, such as damage or loss of items. Your attention to detail and ability to resolve conflicts effectively will be essential in maintaining a positive relationship with our clients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently, using your problem-solving skills to overcome any obstacles that may arise. You will also be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and open communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect items from various sources, including suppliers and warehouses
  • Transport items to their destinations, using efficient routes and modes of transport
  • Handle any issues that may arise during transportation, such as damage or loss of items
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and any issues that may have arisen
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Physical fitness to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment
