Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via various support channels, including email, phone, and chat platforms.

  • You will be the first point of contact for customers with complaints and questions, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues.
  • You will work closely with both product and support teams to resolve potential issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicating resolutions clearly, effectively, and efficiently to clients is key to success in this role.

A strong empathy and ability to understand the customer is crucial in this position, as well as excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

  • To be successful in this role, you must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills, high organization skills, and attention to detail.
  • You should also be an experienced user of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in a Customer Support role.
