Branch Operations Professional

An Operations Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring seamless branch operations. As a versatile support professional, you will serve as a resource pool for filling temporary vacancies of officers in branches and provide exceptional service to clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Relieve Branch Channel Manager, Branch Service Officer, Customer Advisor, or Teller in operational tasks, financial management, administrative duties, branch support, compliance, sales, and marketing.
- Conduct spot-checks on lean branches, surprise counts of Cash in Vault, ATM, Teller's Checks, and Other Cash Items & Numbered forms to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor daily branch operations to prevent operational lapses or exceptions.
- Bachelor's Degree holder in any field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in branch banking operations.
- In-depth knowledge of branch operations, policies, and procedures.
- Strong risk management skills and excellent customer orientation.
- Good judgment, interpersonal skills, selling and negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities.
