AREA MANAGER (Ilocos Area)

The Area Manager has overall responsibility for the development and management of all branches within the assigned area. Ensures that the overall plan and goal of the company are properly implemented and maintained. They will be in charge of the full administration of all back office legwork in the operations including the achievement of annual sales target for Parts & Service.

WORK SCOPE:

1) Ensures achievement of area full year sales target for Parts & Service

2) Ensures proper implementation of all sales & marketing initiatives for Parts & Service.

3) Oversees the requirement procedures for MC Registration including turn around time targets and completion of requirements

4)  Monitors the completion of all pertinent documents needed for branch expansion, relocation and renovation

5) Ensures achievement of procedural targets for Documents submission including compliance to NANR & monitoring of AF released after date of sales.

6) Implements the marketing initiatives towards area for Parts & Service which includes merchandising materials inside branches and promos.

7)  Monitors inventory of the area for both MC & Parts.

8) Ensures no discrepancies during physical count.

9) Coordinates with Supply & Demand on the achievement of the MC Ageing % target for the year.

10)  Monitors compliance of branches on 5s checklist and other branch operational requirements.

11) Visits branches timely to help the branches achieve annual performance targets.

12) Ensure all credit application & customer inquiries are attended and processed leading to credit approval (end to end process)
