About this role

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive influencer marketing plans aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand goals.
  • Identify and partner with influencers who resonate with our target audience and campaign goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners to ensure successful collaborations.
  • Manage campaign timelines, content creation, and deliverables in collaboration with influencers and the marketing team.
  • Provide creative direction and review influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand identity and campaign messaging.
  • Use data analytics tools to measure performance, generate reports, and optimize future marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, with a solid background in broader marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • A deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Tech requirements:
  • A reliable PC or laptop with sufficient processing power.
  • A fast and stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps for both upload and download.
