About the Job:

Baivi Outsourcing Inc seeks an experienced Accounting Assistant to manage our accounts payable processes. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collate and analyze accounts payable records to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  2. Verify and reconcile invoices and Accounts Payable Vouchers to prevent errors.
  3. Process daily accounts payable transactions to guarantee completeness of supporting documents.
  4. Ensure the authenticity of supporting attachments and supplementary documentation.
  5. Maintain accurate file information, including supplier and contractor details.
  6. Review and modify vendor invoices for accuracy prior to submission.
  7. Monitor and reconcile accounts payable transactions to identify potential issues.
  8. Accurately recognize taxes for each transaction.
  9. Prepare supporting documentation for audits as needed.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Thursday: On-site work; Friday: Remote work from home. Flexible start times between 6am and 9:30am.

Job Type: Full-time, permanent position

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
