Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Professional to join our team, specializing in Network and Security Solutions. You will be providing technical expertise and support to both our sales teams and customers. You will collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and design network and security-based solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand different customer requirements and propose network and security-based solutions; create and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers; design scalable and efficient architectures that meet the customer's Palo Alto deployment needs.
  • Validate Palo Alto network configurations; act as a trusted advisor for both customers and sales teams, ensuring solutions meet the customer's needs; stay up-to-date on new Palo Alto network features, trends, and competitive landscapes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields with 1 year of related experience in a similar environment required; previous experience in presales engineering preferably within network and security solutions.
  • Strong English communication (oral and written) and presentation skills with good listening and comprehension skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of Palo Alto Networks products including next-generation firewalls (NGFW), Prisma Cloud, Cortex XDR, and other related security technologies; strong knowledge and understanding of network security principles, threat landscapes, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Network or security certifications are a plus (not required); CompTIA Network+, Security+, CyberSecurity Analyst+, other relevant certifications such as Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) and Palo Alto Networks Certified CyberSecurity Associate (PCCSA) are preferred but not mandatory.
