You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring that functional designs align with enterprise goals, architectural best practices, and system capabilities. Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end functional solution design across modules, systems, or platforms.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translating them into scalable solution designs. Develop and maintain detailed solution blueprints, process flows, and functional architecture documentation. Work closely with Technical Architects, Product Owners, and Development teams to ensure alignment between functional and technical solutions.

Review and guide detailed functional designs created by analysts and designers. Ensure solutions adhere to best practices around security, compliance, scalability, and performance. Support business transformation and digital innovation initiatives.

Participate in architectural governance, project planning, and stakeholder workshops. Required Skills & Experience:8 years of experience in solution architecture, business systems analysis, or functional design. Proven experience as a Functional Architect in large-scale enterprise implementations (e.g., ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms).

Strong understanding of business processes across finance, procurement, sales, supply chain, or HR (tailor as needed). Ability to translate business needs into functional designs that integrate with technical architecture. Experience with tools like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, MS Dynamics, NetSuite, etc. (list based on your stack).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Seniority level
