Senior Financial Planning Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor client investment portfolios and ensure alignment with recommended asset allocation.
  • Prepare recommendations for advisers on portfolio changes and maintain records of advice.
  • Produce quarterly/annual client performance reports.
  • Liaise with product providers and investment platforms.
  • Update and maintain the client's CRM tool and reconcile fees and commissions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Australian financial planning.
  • Portfolio management/investment experience preferred.
  • SMSF experience advantageous.
Preferred Skills:
  • Xplan experience beneficial.
Work Schedule and Benefits:
