Senior Financial Systems Architect

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our financial systems architecture team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex NetSuite solutions for clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in NetSuite implementation and consulting, with a strong focus on financial modules such as Advanced Revenue Management, SuiteBilling, and Project Accounting. You should also have a deep understanding of ASC 606 and revenue compliance best practices.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Finance, Accounting, Ops, and IT to deliver scalable and efficient financial solutions. Your expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics will enable you to design and implement custom workflows that meet the unique needs of clients.

In this role, you will lead system design sessions and workshops, deliver client-facing solution demos, and provide strategic consulting on process optimization, automation, and future-state NetSuite architecture. You will also support integrations with third-party platforms and ensure seamless data exchange between systems.

  • 7+ years of NetSuite implementation/consulting experience, specializing in financial modules
  • Proven expertise in ARM, SuiteBilling, Revenue Recognition, and Project Accounting
  • Deep understanding of Advanced Financials, Multi-Book Accounting, and Intercompany Transactions
  • Comfortable working with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics
  • Strong grasp of ASC 606 and revenue compliance best practices
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement complex NetSuite financial solutions
  • Architect subscription-based and metered billing workflows
  • Guide clients through multi-entity and intercompany setups
  • Configure Fixed Assets, depreciation schedules, and best-practice reporting
  • Optimize Project Accounting modules for time tracking, milestone billing, and revenue recognition
  • Lead system design sessions and workshops
  • Deliver client-facing solution demos
  • Support integrations with third-party platforms
  • Provide strategic consulting on process optimization, automation, and future-state NetSuite architecture
Requirements
  • 7+ years of NetSuite implementation/consulting experience
  • Expertise in financial modules such as ARM, SuiteBilling, and Project Accounting
  • Deep understanding of ASC 606 and revenue compliance best practices
  • Strong technical skills in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics
  • Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
