About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Service Delivery Expert. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone with strong technical skills and excellent client communication abilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to deliver exceptional service and support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. The right individual will be proactive, results-driven, and have a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective resolution of customer support tickets.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues involving SQL, Linux, networking, and VPNs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a remote team to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a production environment, supporting clients with SQL, Linux, and networking expertise.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL) and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with cloud systems, Java/JSP/jQuery, or Salesforce administration.
  • Familiarity with the utility industry or Smart Grid technology.
  • ITIL/ITSM certification.
