Sustainability & Corporate Communications Role

This is a critical position that will foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to promote sustainability initiatives, encourage collaboration, and provide insights that support the organization's sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sustainability strategy, working collaboratively across the enterprise.
  • Work with senior leadership to define, launch and drive strategic sustainability initiatives.
  • Enable informed decision making by working with and gaining alignment across cross-functional stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather and assess data, identify solutions and prioritize initiatives, to build a roadmap and go-to-market plan for these initiatives.
  • Support the annual planning and budget process, including preparing strategic updates for senior executives. Manage local strategic corporate partnerships to ensure seamless execution and implementation of planned sustainability activities.
  • Provide dashboards for all KPIs and operational metrics across all programs.
Corporate Communications Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies to ensure unified, consistent and positive messages promote the organization's purpose, vision and values.
  • Develop corporate communication materials regarding sustainability initiatives and corporate image building in collaboration with the Marketing Director and HR.
  • Manage and develop internal and external communication on the company website.
  • Cascade the global roll-out of the PVM Blueprint and communication guidelines from Group Communication.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in marketing / business administration, or any business-related course, with at least 5 years of experience working in an industry with brand management experience. They should have excellent communication and presentation skills, be able to adapt to different audiences, and possess strong project management skills, ability to initiate and lead projects and work autonomously.
