Sustainable Finance Career Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Sustainable Finance professional to join our team. This is an excellent chance for individuals with a passion for sustainable finance and a drive to make a positive impact.

About the Role

This role will focus on managing key projects, building networks, and consulting on strategic issues related to sustainable finance and transition risk. You will collaborate with top professionals in the field, contribute to research and development, and engage with cutting-edge topics such as:

  • Sustainable Finance strategy, including climate change risk modeling and scenario analysis
  • Reporting and disclosure standards, such as TCFD and ISSB
  • Principles of Responsible Banking, Investment, and Sustainable Insurance
  • Sustainable Finance regulatory developments and lobbying efforts
  • Responsible and impact investment, along with ESG research and integration
  • Advisory and assurance for labeled bonds, loans, and measuring long-term value aligned with Sustainable Development Goals
Your Responsibilities

You will assist in delivering key projects for clients across various topics, contribute to thought leadership, create innovative insights, and adapt methods to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, you will drive projects to completion, ensure industry-leading quality, address risks proactively, lead teams or parts of teams, foster a positive learning culture through coaching and mentoring junior team members, and collaborate with colleagues across disciplines and geographies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong educational background in quantitative/finance/economics (Accountancy, Economics, Business Management, Management of FI, etc.) and at least 8 years' relevant work experience in environmental and social risk management, sustainable finance, financial risk management, quantitative modeling, bank and financial institution processes, risk policies, and prudential and financial regulations.
