Job Title

Our organization is seeking a Sustainability Manager to lead the development and implementation of our sustainability strategy. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and fostering a culture of sustainability within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sustainability Strategy
  • The Sustainability Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the organization's sustainability strategy, working closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • They will also work with internal and external partners to gather and assess data, identify solutions, and prioritize initiatives to build a roadmap and go-to-market plan.
  • Additionally, the Sustainability Manager will support the annual planning and budget process by preparing strategic updates for senior executives and managing local strategic corporate partnerships.
  1. Corporate Communications
  • The Sustainability Manager will develop and implement internal and external communication strategies to promote the organization's purpose, vision, and values.
  • They will create corporate communication materials regarding sustainability initiatives and corporate image building in collaboration with the Marketing Director and HR.
  • The manager will also manage and develop internal and external communication on the company website and social media channels.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or any related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in an FMCG industry with brand management experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to adapt to different audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to initiate and lead projects and work autonomously.
  • Good stakeholder management.
