We're seeking a highly skilled General Accountant/Hybrid to join our team at VISAYA KPO. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing the financial health of our clients' organizations.

Key Responsibilities
This role involves administering accounting services, including financial record keeping and transactions. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing financial records and transactions using QuickBooks.
  • Preparing financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Filing tax returns and processing sales tax payments for clients.
  • Processing payroll and preparing related reports.
  • Reconciling bank and merchant account statements.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • An Associate's degree in Accounting (preferred).
  • Three to five years of experience in an accounting firm or related field.
  • Knowledge of accrual and cash basis of accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
