We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Assistant to join our team at Offshore Business Processing. As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for coordinating business operations, managing financial data, and providing administrative support to our finance department.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Coordinate business operations to ensure smooth financial activities
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries under the guidance of accounting staff or management
  • Translate documents and communications between English and French as needed
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role and fluency in both English and French (written and spoken). They will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.
