The Role: Customer Success Specialist
Talent Connect - Customer SuccessWe are looking for a skilled professional to manage high volumes of customer contacts and communications daily. This involves verifying contact information using productivity tools.
- Manage high volume of customer contacts and communications via phone and email daily
- Use contact search and productivity tools to verify contact information
To excel in this role, you will need to develop product knowledge to address customer objections effectively. Documenting and tracking feedback through surveys, calls, and emails is crucial.

- Capture customer expectations, experiences, satisfaction, and potential abandonment - 'Voice of the Customer'
Collaboration is key in this role as you will work with teams and management to promote positive customer experiences. Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs and experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM are essential.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working in customer service and prior success in achieving personal and team sales quotas/goals. Experience in high-volume calling, learning new technology, and problem-solving skills are also required.

We operate as a Virtual First company, which means equipment will be provided. However, a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home are required. Occasional attendance at our NCR office (Cavite, Rizal, Laguna, Bulacan) may be necessary.
